Eric Hutchinson is an international platinum-selling singer, songwriter, and seasoned touring artist. He has performed in all 50 states and has shared the stage with acts such as Jason Mraz, Amos Lee, Kelly Clarkson, One Republic, Ingrid Michaelson, O.A.R., and Michael Franti. His single “Rock & Roll” earned him his first gold record in the United States and the song became a #1 hit in several countries.
To see an Eric Hutchinson show is to be fully entertained. Hutchinson has toured extensively, building a reputation for a high-energy live show, incredible musicianship, humility, and humor. A show for any music lover, Eric brings the audience to him, playing his unique songs and telling the funny, moving, and one-of-a-kind stories that made him the artist he is today.
Eric’s latest record, Modern Happiness, captures the magic that makes his live shows so memorable, and effortlessly melding Pop, Soul, Reggae, Folk, and Americana into a sound that is undeniably Hutchinsonian.
Opening for Eric Hutchinson is Anya Marina! Anya is a provocative and gifted live performer, and a prolific songwriter based in NYC. She is perhaps best known for “Satellite Heart,” from the platinum-selling soundtrack toTwilight: New Moon, and her provocative cover of T.I.’s “Whatever You Like.” Marina’s songs have been featured in national ad campaigns and influential TV series (13 Reasons Why, Grey’s Anatomy, Gossip Girl), remixed by Interpol’s Sam Fogarino, and called “a mixture of Liz Phair sex appeal with a dash of [Carl] Jung” by Rolling Stone.
After releasing two critically acclaimed albums (Slow & Steady Seduction: Phase II and Felony Flats) and an EP (Spirit School) on Chop Shop/Atlantic, Marina independently released her last full length album, Paper Plane and EP SERIOUS LOVE. Anya is now embarking on a new EP starting with the first single “Over You” featured in the web series Anya Marina: Indie-pendent Woman (a winner at NYC Web Fest).
