We’re excited to present another installment in our Barrel of Laughs Comedy Series with The Best of San Francisco Comedy Competition!
Friday, April 5th in our Barrel Room

Wine and Food reception begins at 5:30pm
Doors open at 6:00pm // Show begins at 7:00pm
Chef Todd Fisher and his culinary team will be there cooking delicious cuisine available for purchase. Wine, beer & soda will be available at one of our bars and during the show for table service.
This event is strictly for people aged 21 and older.

-ELLIS RODRIGUEZ: 42nd San Francisco Comedy Competition Winner
Ellis Rodriguez is by far the funniest of nine children raised by loving immigrant parents from Panama. He found his calling when he picked up a mic, and did what he’d been doing his whole life- entertaining anyone who would listen.
Featured recently on Kevin Hart’s new Comedy Central production Hart of the City, he’s also performed on the Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam, Laugh’s on FOX, was a finalist at the Las Vegas World Series of Comedy, NBC’s Stand Up for Diversity, and Comedy Central’s Up Next. Finalist in the 2017 Big Sky Comedy Festival.
His passion for standup comedy is evident whenever he performs, which makes him a favorite at comedy clubs across the West Coast including the Improv, Laugh’s Unlimited, Tommy T’s, Punchline and the Laugh Factory. This Latino former Marine is a smart, charismatic energetic performer, his comedy is appealing to any comedy audience.

Krista Fatka started her entertainment career over 15 years ago in circus and theater so she’s just as comfortable onstage as she is in a room full of clowns. Which is to say, pretty comfy! She’s been a festival favorite at Outside Lands, SF Sketchfest, and Limestone Comedy Festival. She hosts a regular comedy show at The San Francisco Punch Line called The Charm. In 2017 she won the Sacramento Comedy Competition.
– SHAWN FELIPE: 36th San Francisco Comedy Competition Semi-Finalist
Shawn Felipe is known for his laconic and clever real-life stories as they expand internationally. His live stand-up comedy stretches around the globe from the USA to countries overseas such as Singapore, Canada, Japan, Korea and the Middle East. He is no stranger to colleges and universities nationwide, along with adding color to an array of corporate industries. He was a featured on comedian JOKOY’s 2017 tour in front of thousands.
Performance has earned him a nomination for Best New Artist in the Hawaii Music Awards; Best Take Out Comic in Hawaii; and the Most Recognized Comedy Competition in the USA. Shawn’s stand-up comedy has been featured on various international networks including WorldAsia TV, AZN TV, IA TV, TFC Channel, Sprint Comedy, Time Network, and National Lampoons Comedy Radio. Shawn has also been a guest star on NBC’s TV series “Hawaii” and has been on several national commercials. Not to mention, Shawn was a part of a team to win first place on Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race!” He and his team, Aloha Plate, won $50k and a State of the Art Food Truck that is now in operation in Hawaii, and he just filmed a feature film: Dota 2 Underdogs Rising.

Johnny Steele is an award-winning bay area based entertainer. As a comedian, Johnny has headlined across the US, Canada, and overseas for over two and a half decades. As a broadcaster, Johnny has hosted both his own daily TV talk show and morning radio show in San Francisco. Johnny has written humor for clients ranging from corporate CEOs, to Grammy Award winning musicians, to Robin Williams. Johnny’s new project, Fake Comedy Radio Hour, can be found on Patreon and Facebook.
